We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.  

We require at least 24 hours for cancellation.  Cancellations within this time will incur the full price of the treatment for no shows, if you have contacted us within 24 hours, we will charge a 50% fee of your treatments booked.

Credit/Debit card details may be asked for at time of booking and a deposit may be required, especially for large or peak time bookings.

Children & Pets are not permitted in the waiting area or treatment rooms as a matter of safety and respect for other clients having treatments.

Please take the time to check this confirmation. We endeavour to do our best to make sure we meet your booking needs and by checking this confirmation we can ensure that you have been booked in correctly.

Please note the following:

  • Waxing treatments can have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc. 

  • We require a patch test prior to all tinting and  lash extension treatments which should be carried out 48hrs prior to treatment. This is a guidance to reaction and does not offer full protection from reaction

  • We do not make any guarantee with regard to polish durability or longevity of any treatment results as there are various factors that can effect this that are beyond our control.

  • If having a Pedicure please bring open toe shoes, as professionally applied polish can take quite some time to dry (up to 5 hours). We offer alternatives to this such as a Shellac polish (at additional cost) please get in touch prior to your appointment if this is something you would prefer.

  • We regret cannot take responsibility for smudged nails that have not had the correct drying time. We will do our best to fix them for you based only on availability and at busy times this is sometimes not possible.
